Hay un libro el cual recomiendo que toda la familia debe leer. El libro se titula: LOS CINCO LENGUAJES DEL AMOR por el Dr. Gary Chapman. Cada uno de nosotros tiene un lenguaje en particular para demostrar nuestro amor y para sentirnos amados. El reto esta en descubrir cual el el lenguaje de tu pareja, tus hijos y tus seres queridos y procurar hablarles en ese lenguaje, para que esa persona realmente se sienta amada. Aca les cito los 5 lenguajes primarios.

1- PALABRAS DE AFIRMACION

2- TIEMPO DE CALIDAD

3- RECEPCION DE REGALOS

4- ACTOS DE SERVICIO

5- CONTACTO FISICO

Si el lenguaje de tu ser querido es PALABRAS DE AFIRMACION y el tuyo es RECEPCION DE REGALOS, seguramente tu le daras regalos a esa persona para demostrarle tu amor, sin embargo esa persona probablemente no estara satisfecha porque lo que lo que necesita son PALABRAS DE AFIRMACION. El dia de hoy, reto para hoy para ti sera descubrir cual es el lenguaje del amor de cada miembro de tu familia inmediata.

Cuando los miembros de la familia comienzan a hablar el “Lenguaje del Amor” el uno del otro, el clima emocional de la familia aumenta considerablemente de una manera positiva.

There’s a book that I highly recommend. It’s titled THE FIVE LOVE LANGUAGES by Dr. Gary Chapman. Each one of us has a primary love language and in this particular language we show our love for others and we feel loved by others as well. The challenge is to discover which is the love language of your loved ones and speak to them in their language for a more fulfilling interpersonal relationship with them. These are the five love languages:

1- WORDS OF AFFIRMATION

2- QUALITY TIME

3- RECEPTION OF GIFTS

4- ACTS OF SERVICE

5- PHYSICAL TOUCH

Today, the challenge I have for you is to discover the love language of your loved ones.

When family members start speaking each other’s primary love language, the emotional climate of a family is greatly enhanced.
